I have a 3400 watt amp for subs a 1200 what amp for high 2 tweeters and a crossover, how do i wire them?
3400 pyle mono amp, 1200 nitro 2ch amp, boss 2way crossover how do i wire the 2 amps and the crossover i know how to wire all the speakers tweeters and subs but completely lost on wiring the amps and crossover

Seems to be some confusion about the actual wattage use of the amps. You need to work that out and figure out the actual needs of this system. You can use one battery feed for both amps, you just need to size the wire big enough to handle the combined amperage of both amps. You can do the same for the ground too, size it for the total power and tap both amps from the same wire. To do this you will need a bug or splitter lug. You can get these in set-screw style at home depot in the electrical section. The object is to combine three wires at one point. You would have the battery positive, then a wire to each amp coming together, and this connection needs to be solid, and insulated. You can wrap it in electrical tape to insulate a bare lug. Don't put multiple wires under the same set screw. That would be asking for trouble later. If you need to you can simply bolt multiple lugs together. Or you can crimp eye hole terminals onto each wire and bolt those together then tape them. And the crossover is usually unpowered, And connected in line before the amps. Don't put an amplified signal through the crossover. It really isn't necessary to use the crossover on the 3400 amp, only the tweeters where you want to isolate the 12-20khz range. So your radio signal will first connect to the 3400 amp, and there should be parallel connectors on the amp to wire from it to the cross over, then to the 1200 amp. Again, total wire size is according to combined max amperage (current) of both amps. Make sure you size the fuse at the battery on that wire the same as this total). Google "wire ampacity" to get this information. Sizing the speaker wire is the same concept. Divide watts by (12) volts to get amps. And most people don't know that 12 volt systems have a voltage drop over distance, so every 6 feet you can lose up to a volt. So consider that you may actually only be getting 11 or 10 volts at the trunk which increases amperage. For example 1200 watts /12 volts = 100 amps but 1200 watts / 10 volts = 120 amps If you're truly running a combined total of 4600 watts... then you would have 384 amps of power which is gonna kill your car battery and alternator. And you'll need to run some big ass aluminum for that, so on second though home depot won't have big enough lugs, you'll need an electrical supply house like rexel or hagermeyer. That's 500 Kcmil copper or 750 kcmil Aluminum. Very expensive stuff. I hope those other answerers are right about these amps being way less power.

I need to know what amp would be the best for my rockford fosgate component speakers?
i have 2 component systems and need too know what would be a good cheap amp. I have 2 rockford 6x9 2way component speakers RMS 60 watts and peak power 120watts. I also have 2 rockford 5.25 2way component speakers RMS 60watts and peak power 120watts what would be a good cheap amp and would i need 2 amps or just 1.

get a single 4 channel amp, it will power all four speakers. The RMS watt output should be around 40-80 watts. Ignore peak power. Dont buy cheap flea market crap amps.

What is a good buy for a car stereo system, and sounds good.?
I was looking at Duel 10" subs from wally world, it comes with an Mosfet amp it dont say the watts. Also If you buy 2way or so on does it come with 2 speakers or what? I'm an idiot with this. I was looking at cheap 35$ 2ways starting at 100W and maxing at 200W. Should i need 2 amps or what you think?

Well most not all of the stuff from Walmart is crap. You basically get what you pay for. I would suggest someplace like Best Buy or even a local car stereo shop. They can probably keep you in a budget and still get a nice sound out of your system
